The City Lights Gala is City on a Hill’s biggest fundraiser, and guests give generously when they see real lives transformed. That’s where Ambassadors come in: you help bring the mission to life in a way no one else can. Fill out the form below!
What is a Young Adult Ambassador?
Young Adult Ambassadors are representatives of the City on a Hill community who will:
Greet guests and help them feel welcome during the gala.
Represent the vibrancy and mission of young adult Catholic life in Kansas City through sharing their testimony with their assigned table.
Assist with simple hosting tasks (e.g., greeting at the door, check-in, table hospitality, signage).
What You’ll Receive:
1 complimentary ticket to attend the City Lights Gala (includes meal & drinks).
Recognition in the program as a Young Adult Ambassador.
A chance to be part of something bigger: sharing our mission with others.
Expectations:
Attend 2 pre-Gala orientation meetings to practice your table testimony and understand your assigned role
Assist with hosting tasks at the Gala (ex: serving at Mass, greeting, checking attendees in, etc.)
Attend the Gala on Saturday, December 6th, 2025 at 6:00pm (arrive at 5:00pm)
Be willing to represent City on a Hill in a through your testimony and hospitality!
