Join us at our next Urban Sketching event! Bring your own paper and pen, pencil, or other drawing instrument! We will do brief introductions, talk a little about drawing techniques, then spend time drawing. All abilities welcome. Our next event will be on Saturday, April 20, from 2:00-3:30pm at the World War 1 Memorial located at 2 Memorial Dr, Kansas City, MO 64108.

We will meet at the entrance to the Museum and walk around he grounds picking what we want to sketch! There is street parking all around the memorial within the park that is free, and a couple of side lots along the west side of the memorial in case the street parking fills up.

Are you missing winter?  Grab your mittens, lace up those skates, and get out on the ice!  Join us for an afternoon of indoor ice skating at the Kansas City Ice Center.  All levels of experience welcome.  

Please plan to arrive between 1:00 and 1:15 to pay and get skates.  The ice will open at 1:15.
Cost: $10 per person + $5 skate rental (skate rental will be free if we have 10+ people come!)
